The Diploma Validator

The Diploma Validator helps staff in centres to check quickly and easily that a Diploma learner is on a valid programme of study.

Use this tool to check that all of the constituent qualifications for a learner's Diploma are compatible with the line of learning and level of the Diploma, and that the combination of qualifications is sufficient to produce a complete Diploma.

Using the Diploma Validator to give an early indication of an invalid programme of study will give your centre the opportunity to change the combination of qualifications a learner is studying and recover any lost time on their new course if teaching has started.
